FREE, you pay shipping (<$50 probably) Alpina BC 2500 boots in size 46 / 12.
These are spontaneously falling apart. Mid-sole is delaminating and disintegrating on the left boot and the instep buckle broke off and was lost. Right boot has the mid-sole cracking and crumbling too.
