Heart health

just curious what you pros are doing for hearth health, since bc and xc is so demanding on this muscle organ.
I found amaizing results with fasting for clearing the arteries. what do you guys recommend?

Now that the leg has healed I’m back to weighted rucking and kettlebells. Been very happy to discover I’m bouncing back pretty quickly. Lunges are still problematic but they’re slowly coming.
