Re: Gear Basket
To add to lilcliffy's above post, some good prices on Voile Objectives, Ultravectors, and V6's going on right now. Probably about as cheap you're going to find! (I can't recommend the V6 enough, if they have your size, git'em!)

Re: Gear Basket
Speaking of La Cordee, i thought that I should share this info. I just got the prices for a special order of FT 62 or Raab 68 for 670$ and 700$ Tindan are 840$ and that is all I know. The jury is still out on which one I will chose between the FT and the Raab, and no Johnny I won’t buy bothlilcliffy wrote: ↑Fri Aug 09, 2019 2:23 pmAsnes Gamme 54 BC (outgoing model) in stock at LaCordee in QC- in lengths up to 210cm:

(I am wondering if these will go on sale with the new model coming out...)

Vincent from La Cordee also told me that they will probably get some Voile as well. I might be mistaken but to my knowledge, the Voile skis are only available from MEC in Canada.

Seriously they have to be C$. I was actually wondering if those prices were attractive for you guys South of the border?
Don’t forget, those are special orders as they don’t stock them.

Re: Gear Basket
You get what you pay for, and judging by the reviews I would think they are worth what they cost.

I think the prices is fine for those skis. I was just joking because if those prices were in US$ it would cost me about an additional 35% for those skis not counting the shipping, etc.
I was actually expecting the price to be higher... but I won't complain!

Re: Gear Basket
As far as I know there is only 3 stores to carry Asnes skis in NA
I bought my Ingstad from La Cordée and they carry most BC skis but not the FT62 or the Raab68, but you can make a special order with them. The price I got for a pair of FT62 is 670$ and 700$ for the Raab. CA$ of course so way cheaper for you guys south of the border

If you are interested give a call to Vincent Lorber at La Cordée on St-Laurent in Montréal (1-800-567-1106) It almost sound like I am working for La Cordée but this is not the case... but I do find that they offer a really good service and I think it is important to support our "local" store

But I must admit that I will get my special order of Raab sooner if they get more special orders in
