Re: Atomic RT86: Persevere or Explore a New Setup?

If you like a softer ski better with AT bindings, I definitely believe you need to get on a softer ski for Telemark. Re: Did The New TXPro Just Drop?

Re: Did The New TXPro Just Drop?

The weight is one factor. The increase in range of motion is very substantial, and another reason for the excitement. The big question mark is how it will flex??? Re: Technique feedback thread - post a video.

The basic PSIA approach is the pole plant, signals the next turn. More importantly it naturally helps you to unweight. The French call the ski pole a baton. I like to think of the pole as the baton, to signal the next turn. In the sense that an orchestra conductor leads the orchestra with a baton. B...

Re: Fischer S-Bound vs Madshus Panorama

For what it’s worth, I have both Alaska 75 and BC. While I find the cloth eyelet takes some additional effort while lacing, the end result is satisfactory. I never really have said this boot would perform better, or be more comfortable if it didn’t have these cloth eyelets. I wouldn’t vote for them ...

Re: binding placement experiment

I personally don’t think .333 of an inch, which would be less than a centimeter is anything I would notice. Your results could be different.
