Having an issue with the toe on the Rottefella Freedom being too tight to allow the binding to fully engage. Using a Crispi Evo boot and it seems the sole is too thick and won't allow the binding to engage out of touring mode. Anybody else have this problem?

All - New to this forum and to tele skiing and have one question for now. I just bought a used ski / binding set up that use the Rottefella Freedom binding and purchase separately a pair of Crispi Evo boots.
