I adjusted the second heel to the lowest point and the boot is still out of spec. I measured more than 178 mm.

The issue is with outlaw X. However, Scott boot seems to be out of spec.

Have you considered this may not be a binding issue, but a boot issue. I have seen this problem before with Scott and Crispi boots being out of the agreed upon spec. The distance from the front edge of the toe to the back edge of the cleat should be 176.5 +1/-1mm? Thanks for this spec. I'll check f...

I have drunk a lot of bear since I got the binding.... It is really helpfull! A friend of mine has small outlaw x binding. I compared both binding and I do have the right size .... I have no idea why the boot does not snap in.

do you have the same problem with both skis, or just 1? as an experiment, try putting the binding into tour mode, which relaxes the spring a bit and moves the claw back a tiny amount. it doesn't solve the problem, but might indicate you have defective springs. I have already contacted 22 design but they have not solved my issue yet. I think I've got the wrong size as well but I have no clue what is the difference. Someone knows what is the difference between large and small in term of dimensions?
