Glad people liked the post.
This is the successor to the Ymir Yurts. I can’t recall if YY preceded or succeeded ‘Wild Horse Snow Cats’ which essentially used the same area. There are some pictures of the old Yurt around the lodge. And, yes, you have to be very Avalanche aware in this area. Lots of >35 slopes and cornices. Throw in some wind, hoar and freeze-thaw cycles and you don’t want to take the terrain lightly! :o
