Aye man! Takuan pickles and pow, I am SOO jealous!
I live for the Telemark arc....The feeeeeeel.....I ski miles to get to a place where there is guaranteed snow to do the deal....TM

Well, I might be the only canadian outside of the japanese community that loves real takuan & makes his own tsukemono, miso and shoyu between skiing runs. :lol:

Keep the XCD scenes coming! Anything pickled would also suit me fine of course!

That's a typical scenery of the ridge lines of our mountains with altitude ranging between 900m - 1800m (2952ft - 5577ft).
On the contrary to the North America, we have very few flat areas in Japan.
That's a part of the reasons why I'm engaging in xcD more actively than XCd. :-)
It's seem so nice that the trees decided to give you all that room to ski - might also be a good reason for you to xcD :mrgreen:
