I've never owned New tele gear. for 35 years I've only bought used. in 2006 I bought some Rossi Sickbirds mounted with Bishop Bomber bindings, and a pair of Crispi 4 buckle boots( I forget the model, they are yellow and black). I skied this setup for 13 years, and there is nothing wrong with it. I think the skis are 167. I'm pretty sure I bought this setup from TeleTurnaround...

Last year I decided to I wanted a NNN setup. so from Teleturnaround, I bought some Scarpa 4 buckle boots, and a set of skis with some free ride bindings. the good news: the boots are great. the bad news: both skis were delaminating badly at the tails, and the binding springs were completely toast, and the corrosion on the bindings was such that I could not remove the springs. plus I think the skis are a bit too long.

so I have decided to keep the boots, and get a brand spanking new pair of skis and bindings. I want to buy the skis/bindings pre-mounted.

I am 5'11 and about 190lbs. these days I only ski out west. so I need 1 pair of "all mountain skis". I'm thinking 167 - 173 in length, width something like 98-105. I grew up skiing in the east, so I put alot of power down through the ski, and I favor quick-footed turns over "lazy" arcs. my new skis should be able to handle anything from packed powder to fresh powder...but the reality is I will likely not find "fresh tracks inn knee deep powder", and with 1 pair of skis, I can't go super wide.
freeride or 22 design outlaw bindings will do. I'm not super particular about what brand of skis

anybody have any good ideas of where I can buy the ski/binding package online? or from a good shop somewhere that I can call and they will ship?

I think you are way shorting yourself on length. If you were eastern tree skiing regularly and it was a big fat wide ski, then sure. But I'm 6'2"+ and 160lbs and I'm on 177/178cm skis in the mid-90 waist range and crushing the trees at Bolton all day long with Voile X2s and T2Ecos.

You spend one week a year out west skiing places like the Bird and Alta, etc.

Get shorter poles, but longer skis.

I have a pair of the Summit Cone Pariah 97 in a 177. They are great. Damp, but not dead, predictable ride. Call those guys, early bird gets the worm. You'd be in between a 177 and the 184. I also ski the V6 in a 178. Awesome, almost too short. I bet a Voile V6 183cm for you would be a hot ticket. Goddamm that's an amazing soft snow ski.

Just applying my experience to you. There are a lot of other great skis out there.

You'll want something a lot longer than 167-173cm, especially because most skis nowadays have lots of rocker that make them feel shorter than they are... this is especially true if you're looking for a west coast ski. So many good options out there. If I wanted a one-ski quiver, I'd probably be looking to try the Nordica Enforcer 93 or 100, Blizzard Rustler 9 or 10, Liberty Helix 98/Origin 96, maybe the new K2 Reckoner or Mindbender 90/99ti, Fischer Ranger 94 FR/102 FR...the list goes on and on.

I think both of these shops will do what you ask- send you skis with bindings. mounted.

Scored the fischer 109's two years ago.....Got them in 190 because I'm getting kinda ancient.....figured they would turn better....Dummie....Should have been at least 200's and probably 205's or 210's.....Turn that's why I'm so dumb....mostly we head them down and use slight movements to bring them around.....into a semi new moon track....Good ski in all aspects but...... broke the plastic inset that attaches skins....Then again I break ALL my skis....Good wax ski...TM
