Crispi Pro Comp Telemark Boot
I just found a pair of these in my local sports consignment shop. They’re pretty comfortable and fit well. If I was to purchase these I’d likely look at an Intuition liner as well. Feedback would be appreciated...

Re: Crispi Pro Comp Telemark Boot
Just curious, is the sole flex much stiffer than the Ski March? They are pretty cool. When I bought my first Telemark boots, one of my three options was a Merrill Super Comp. I chose the absolute worst option of the three.
The Vibram sole will torque at some point. The leather flex will be sweet. I am not sure how much power can be achieved thru the plastic cuff. I believe Gareth mentioned skiing a Super Comp in his western days. I am sure a few others have experienced a similar boot. If I saw it at a consignment store, being a sucker for leather boots,... well let's just say there would be a review in the future.
Good luck!

How much are they going for? That's the ultimate question... If they are cheap, go for it! I bought a pair of Alpina Telelite last year (similar)... They were great until they broke apart. But these are better quality (norwegian welt).

Whatever you do, don't go swimming with them on, you might never come back...
Anyways, for 20$, I'd buy em and try 'em out on the slopes.
They'd be worth like 1200$ if you were to find a cobbler that could assemble them today. Problem is no one would by them now with the availability of lighter & cheaper plastic boots.

The sole did feel a bit stiffer than the Ski March...might be a good idea to take my boots in for a side by side comparison.fisheater wrote:Just curious, is the sole flex much stiffer than the Ski March? The cuff (when fastened snuggly) gave me a sensation of security. Feeling a little gun shy right now after twisting my ankle on the weekend.
Found a pair of 7tm’s too...

I’ll make every effort to avoid large/deep bodies of water with them.bgregoire wrote:Whatever you do, don't go swimming with them on, you might never come back...

Yup, there’s lighter and cheaper. None of them have had the feel I want yet.
