Re: Telehiro and B-Tele Discussion
Here is another common misunderstanding of A-tele skiers. After watching TH's fast movements, some may think that he is doing like the following: Shuffle with Skis_64-188.gif The following analogy is a bit different because the boots have contact on a single disk, which allows them to be rotated at ...

Also, in Rods video, i thought that move could have been either a or b, depending on how you pressure your skis. This confirms my belief that the difference between the two is how you pressur...

Re: Telehiro and B-Tele Discussion
Equally weighting your skis is just a starting point. If you don’t have the skill to equally weight them, how are you going to have the skill to fine tune how you vary the pressure on them. Re: Telehiro and B-Tele Discussion
No, I appreciate the discussion for sure, just saying I appreciate when it get can narrowed down for someone less experienced (in telemark) like myself. I can't help but think that the topic of all the discussions himself is responding to all the recent dialog, so of course it helps As mentioned by...

Re: Telehiro and B-Tele Discussion
To be more exact, pushing and pulling, expanding and contracting, increase and decrease force, not weight. However, we often say ”weight”, when you should say ”force” in an elementary school physics lesson. Contracting your knees does not decrease your body weight. I wish losing weight would really...

Re: Waxing new skis with fish scales
When skiing on powder snow in areas that have a mix of sunny and shady spots, I used to have trouble with snow getting stuck on the scales of my skis. To prevent this, I now always apply hot wax to both the gliding and scaled parts of my skis.
