It's addictive, indeed. Any suggestions on good exercises? That is worthy of a new thread as you might get a variety of responses. The most common one I've seen is "leg blasters." Personally, I just hike, bike, run, and/or lift for my own amusement in the off-season and then just deal with thigh bur...

Risers allow you to put more pressure on the edges. They're now effectively integrated into telemark bindings since I'm pretty certain most, if not all bindings (other than 3-pin) place the skier roughly 25 mm above the ski (e.g., Voile Switchbacks, 22 Designs Axl, G3 Enzo). I believe you have Black Diamond Riva bindings (not sure if they're Riva II's or the original, but I'm pretty sure they're not the Riva Comps. or Riva Z's -- in fact, I can't straight keep how many Riva models there were). And it looks like you have Rottefella risers to go with them. Not sure about ...
