Re: Advice needed on NTN mounting for rockered skis

Ahahaha! Well, you sure ski in an area with *SNOW*...! I wouldn't guess the east coast... : ) I've been using Opera for over like 15 years... Still the fastest (and safest!) browser around! Hummm... I tried loading the page on Firefox on 3 different machines/OS... No problem at all here... Guess I'l...

Re: Tele racers/coaches: tips on maintain speed through the

Now this is a really, really interesting topic... While I don't have any problem about going fast (I *love* speed!), I have to admit that long radius turns are my main weakness... I was just talking to a local tele-racer here the other day and he mentioned that his coach tell them to try to make the...

Re: Are These Good Beginner Skis?

Wise choice about picking the 7TMs to start! I think the TM22s are a very, very good starting point. With a radius of 22m, it's not the easiest ski to turn but you sure will learn a lot with this setup... MUCH better than what I learned on...! At the beginning, learning the technique is more importa...

Re: Advice needed on NTN mounting for rockered skis

Nice quiver! It's funny we can sort of guess where people are from according to their skis... : ) And very nice information here! Do not trust manufacturer recommendations. Do not trust shops either - that's your ski, not theirs, so they do not really care. So true. It's a good starting point, but t...

Re: Sick of breaking NTN bindings...

I'm like 160lbs... But (I think) I drive them hard, on icy conditions most of the time... Sometimes I feel I just reached the bindings limits... 8-)

Can't believe it happens only to me... And several times a year... Maybe I wasn't made for NTN after all... :D

Re: paper template for Chili's

Hey DeepSouth,

Just align the pin line of the binding with the chord center of your ski... And then mark the holes with a pen... As simple as that...!

But here's the official Rotte paper:

WTB / WTT: Merell Super Comps

I bought a pair of SuperComps on ebay last season. The guy said they were size 10.5 US. Turned out I couldn't even get my feet inside. They are more like 8-9.

Anyway, I'd like to buy a pair, size 10-11, the pink ones if possible. And I have a pair of 8-9 for sale or trade... : )

Thanks!
