Re: help me find a 3-pin 75mm boot that won't explode here in the hills

Thinking about biting the bullet and ordering these: https://www.fjellsport.no/crispi-fjellskistovel-bre-75-mm-gtx-brun-49.html?q=crispi Thoughts? Of course. These would be fine too, if they still have your size: https://en.aventurenordique.com/andrew-rifugio.html But you've known about these for a...

Re: Asnes Ingstad BC 2018 Ski Review

Oh- except e-109 which has shed their edges and now useless even as an October ski. Very weak but fun ski. Thank you Åsnes for standing by your fine skis. Which e-109s are now useless? Are the xtralites? the Xtralites are pretty easy to ski through (wreck). The pre-xtralites were pretty much unbrea...

Re: NNN BC Heel Slip

Unfortunately its trial and error. Consider yourself Cinderalla, you must find the right boot last for your feet. Nonetheless, consider that a better inner sole and socks can do wonders. Re: Voile Vector BC Binding Choice

Great input here Al & Lo-fi. The 3-pin cable if often suggested as a binding when you are looking for a little more control than a basic 3-pin. I own several pair and agree, I cannot stand K&G with them. Actually, I rarely usie the cables, exept when I am yoyo-ing long runs. I have an old pair of RI...

Re: Unapologetic love note to the Fischer E99

Know what? I have this dream: skiing the entire season with only skinny skis... I am a bit tired of the Big boots, big planks, Red Bull BS... I'll elaborate my new ethics of skiing someday... You mean you've been drinking Red Bull all these years? That might explain a few things. Anyway, loo...

AAAwesone find! It would be fascinating to place all these partterns on a timeline and see how things evolved &what went the way of the dodo. That checkered pattern looks kind of a rough ride

Re: New Asnes WL Waxless Skis 2018-2019 Ingstad WL & Nansen WL

J, very cool! Did you pick up the Quests? That might very well be the pattern I saw on those Asnes Amundsen back in 2008 or so. I might add that I am conscious you proved me wrong about that artistic organic free form waxless pattern that can be found on some older Asnes skis. Man was I surprised wh...

I guess I should rephrase my question. Can you do some light teleturns on a BC setup?
Yes. You can to if you are committed and the conditions are right.

I would not invest in a Rossignol BC setup. So many better options out there.

Woods I have answers for you, When it comes to Alfa sizing, you should look here first: http://telemarktalk.com/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=2155&sid=048456c1e0a80f5a6a5413dad577dfd4#p24009 Alfa US conversions can be off, its much better to choose according to your EU size, by first measuring your foot and ...

This article is interesting because it reveals some of the events that led to La Cordée's debt: https://www.lapresse.ca/affaires/entreprises/2020-07-31/il-est-minuit-moins-une-pour-la-cordee.php Some legal documents found on the trustees website (https://mnpdebt.ca/en/corporate/corporate-engagements...
