Re: Pictures, pictures and pictures!

Think I did a bit of skiing up there many years back with Telepole....While on the top a young Jamaican was having a good time with his friends and got hit with a soft snowball from Telepole...He looks around and sees a giant grin on Telepole's face...TP says.....This is what you do in snow and a gi...

Re: Best ski/binding setup for mixed terrain

2 cents....e99's....leather boots....Super Rottafella bindings.....and or e99's and 109's....last Asnes I skied on was one of the 1970's woodies......If everybody likes the Asnes get them....But....99's especially work....real good....TM

Re: Sbounds...leathers

Headed to a knob up in the Highlands.....Nobody for miles around and anywhere from a foot to 20 inches...Corn to mushy corn....with lots of small openings to good runout...repeat......used the 109's and they were good.....fast....pretty easy turns....Great day of decent skiing and NOBODY on the 1100...

Re: E99 vs. Outback 68 vs. Sporten Ranger

If I remember correctly my feel for the xcd-gt was it was ok but didn't have the energy.....the energy....the explosive energy of the 99...xcd...good ski...yawn....Woods liked the rounded arcs of the 99....The arcs don't get better on any other ski....TM

Re: E99 vs. Outback 68 vs. Sporten Ranger

Bout the 99.....You can do anything on them....But.....it takes time....patience....and constant learning.....Around here we have skied everything on 99's....AND the BEST feeling arcs were and still are on the 99's....They are NOT a downhill ski but as I said.....they can ski anything....You as the ...
