Re: Argh Can't decide which 75 mm binding for Vectors
I’ve got a few Voile skis. Axl, Lynx, Hardwires, and Switchback X2. The hardwires are great bindings however I’ve grown to love the free pivot. So much easier on my lower back and hip flexors. The Lynx by far is my favorite binding. It’s super powerful and extremely light and love the way it makes t...

Re: New skis are amazingly fun after day 1! New boots.... not so much. T1 too stiff for me?
You may want to verify what liner you have in the T1s. I bought a pair off eBay and they had the stiffest liner Intuition sells. Swapped those out and they ski just fine. Had same problem when I scored some TX 3 buckle NTN boots and had to swap the liner. Too bad Scarpa quit making those. They tour ...

Re: Upgrading tele gear - having ski dilemma
Check out voile skis and give them a call. They have women specific skis and the aspen core skis can mount Tele. I’d trust Cripple Creek BC or Freeheel life to mount those Miejos if you are set on getting those. If you do a lot backcountry I’d get the Fish Scaled Voile skis. I’ve got the Lynx, Axls,...

Re: Scott Voodoo NTN doesn't fit outlaw x binding
A friend of mine has small outlaw x binding. I compared both binding and I do have the right size .... I have no idea why the boot does not snap in. Interesting well that narrows it down some. Hopefully it’s an easy fix or the boots aren’t the culprit. I’d try calling 22 and talk with one of them. ...

Re: Scott Voodoo NTN doesn't fit outlaw x binding
Bummer. To me it looks like the outlaw is the wrong size of binding and it’s a small not a large. May of been mix up on order or box was miss labeled. I’d contact 22 designs or who ever you got bindings/skis from for next steps. By the way do the boots fit you okay? Did you try a shell fit and make ...

Odd, I know some of the Crispis were out of spec that had similar problems with some NTN bindings. Can you post a pic or two?

Re: Altai Kom Waxing
Howdy, On my fat fish scaled skis I hot wax the tips and tails with temp specific wax depending on conditions. As for the scales, I only use rub on wax in the spring when the snow is sticky. Putting rub on wax on scales really hampers the climbing abilities especially in colder and harder snow. So I...

Re: What do you carry in day packs? Backcountry XCd
A shovel with a saw is pretty valuable to have. I have a Voile shovel with saw. Works great. Here is an article of some snowmobliers that got lost in area I ski and items they had that saved their lives. https://www.laramieboomerang.com/news/local_news/missing-snowmobilers-prompt-widespread-search-d...
