is this thing going to last until June 30 when I can be lazy and hitchhike? I haven't been in a few weeks, though it was in surprisingly good shape at the beginning of june. But here we go with another round of 95 degree weather...

they had it listed as June 30 for the longest time. Guess it's time to go explore!

was there yesterday. least amount of snow i'd ever seen up there. you have to hike the top 1/3 - 1/2 down to where continuous snow starts, that being the case, the lower section is still in, skied really good, and ends at the usual spot to start the bushwack to the creek. skiers right will be best. the creek is ankle deep. no problem getting a ride back up to rockcut.
