Drinking cows milk just doesn't seem right to me. That's coming from the grandson of a dairy farmer too. Haven't had a class of milk in probably 20 years.
Almond and coconut "milk" is around our house if needed. |

| There's also a study out showing that milk is actually the only cure for cookie mouth. I feel I also need to add that if you don't eat cookie once in a while, then you're missing the whole point of everything. |

I lift and train a lot
I need the calcium
I drink 0% that has all "milk solids" returned
It has zero in common with the skim stuff of old that did not have milk solids returned (that pale stuff I will not drink)
I love milk
