Actually, we are having a crazy Spring. During the weekend it cooled down quite a bit and it snowed in many parts.
This is near Madrid
It looks like by Friday we will be back to Summer temps. |

that's amazing; good info. Actually I have no idea Andalusia had a high snowy range like that, nor was I aware of these Scottish lift ops.... That would be some nice cruising / wandering on skis...
I walked through the highlands as a kid, carrying my fishing rod. I'd like to tour on skis in Spain, Scotland, and Norway. |

I have never ski Scotland, but I want to do,, Norway is fantastic, Joutenheimen, Lofoten and Lyngen is worldclass touring, skiing there many times, I am Swedish,, Spain I had ski and touring in a couple of time, In the north there is the Pyrenees and in the south in Andalucia the massive of Sierra Nevada,, the highest summits is Mulhaucén 3481mts, Veleta 3398mts ( where the skilifts are in the area) and Alcazaba 3366mts, and its use to be skiable down to 2000mts most of the season from beginning of december to middle of april, but its possible to make good touring all may and some year in to june _________________ Religion? Catholic or Protestant?
