I have half a set of clips and pads from a Thule Fit Kit 1064, fits Thule Traverse Tower for Toyota 4Runners 1996-2003. Thule sells them in packages of 4 (2 pairs), and I only needed one pair. Retail cost is $90 for the kit, you can have this pair for $25 + shipping.

This is part of what you need if you want to add a 3rd bar to your 4Runner. I added the bar so I can carry my longer kayak.
