I need a spare part for a 2002 Rock Shox SID fork. I need the compression and lock out control knob that sits on the crown on top of the fork leg. On my fork the knob was translucent red but the same knob from and 2002 SID will work and I am not sure if they are all that color. Does anyone have one of these knobs, or have an old SID fork with one of these knobs that they aren't using?
My tech called around to Rock Shox and some other suppliers and no one had of these knobs as a spare part. I have a call in to Hippie Tech Suspension, who I heard bought up much of Rock Shox old spare parts supply, but they haven't gotten back to me. I am open to any suggestions as to where I could get this part.
