Rossi BC125 or Voile Vector BC.....

At the risk of beating a dead horse!

Which binding would you or did you put on there?

Would entirely depend upon the terrain you aim to ski. I really like the idea of this ski either with a light(er) duckbill boot and Switchbacks or a light(er) AT boot like F3s or TLT5s with Dynafit-type.

My only issue is that where I see mucho value in this type of ski it can be a PITA to take a Dynafit brand binding because of mode-switching.

the standard switchback (not the X2) is a great choice for this application.

I have NTN but wouldn't use them for this type of setup.

I think I would go with reg Switchbacks so I could get a free pivot when using skins and some flat runouts and have a neutral binding for slogging on rolling terrain where a little resistance would be helpful. I would also consider G3's as they do pretty good with the tour heel on all terrain then flip heel lever for the decent. I have G3's on my Boundless and I like they way they work for those.
We have been touring with a guy who has BC 125's and Fritschis and I think tele bindings are way more efficient on rolling terrain and especially undulating slight rolling terrain.

I'll second the Bulldogs. I had them on an old pair of Guides that my wife now uses. Tried Hammerheads on BC 125's last year and switched to Bulldogs. Will soon be putting Spike(Bulldog) 3 pins with the long toebox on some Vector BC. These bindings ski great.

I ski them with T3's. The blue ones with the taller cuff and thermofit.

Swithbacks or bulldogs with touring parts would both be great

1.25 inches.

Switchback Review

Switchback X2 Intro

Switchback X2 VS BD O1

I'd go with the Switchback - no question 'bout it. Using a pair on Karhu Guides (Madshus Annum) for the past two years. Formerly using Lite Dogz. The step-in feature of the dogs was nice, but the free-pivot of the Switchback is nicer.

Excellent comparisons, Dostie - thanks! Now I need to figure out which version is mounted to the (un)used skis I just bought...

I'm surprised how close the 01 and Switchback are in weight - I expected the switchback to be much lighter.

++++1 on using the Switchbacks. Have a pair on my Rossi BC 125's, great all around combo.
