So why did the right hand side of might right foot (the middle) really hurt after skiing on Saturday?
Was it lack of skiing this year.
Deepness of snow (very)
Lack of technique
Something up with my boots
It was quite strange as my feet are in quite good shape after ditching supportive insoles and heavy shoes for running. |

I'd say yes.
Soory, I'm just bein' a dumas.
My feet hurt all over at different times for different reasons.
Type of socks, time in boots, time out of boots, rubbing, coldness, hotness, toe bang, worn out liners ..........on and on
All easy to fix for me. So far.
Hope your foot feels better. _________________ "Roads? Where we're going we don't need roads."- Doc |

If you hadn't skied for a while maybe there is a dead mouse in your boot. Or it was too tight and you didn't realize it. _________________ " good skiing is where you find it" Dickie |

| Hmmm I don't think it is broken as I have been running on it without issue, lets see what tomorrow brings with a change of socks and a bit more care buckling the boot up. |

| Soft tissue, it is much better today, it felt like it was a consequence of turning the ski, just never happened before and I was wondering if anyone else had felt anything like this. |

I have had that pain before, once it was a dead mouse in my boot and the other times, usually in leather boots when they are too tight in the instep. I assume you've already checked for a mouse so I would try not clamping down the instep buckle so tight. _________________ " good skiing is where you find it" Dickie |

For sure I will try that, I remember thinking take skins off, drink water, make sure boots are nice and tight, so that could have been the mistake.
To the best of my knowledge nothing can survive my three year old intuition liners for long so i always tip them upside down to remove any mice before putting them on. |
