Will these work for standard 4-hole tele bindings? Can't tell from the description on the website...

I don't believe so but I've never used them, I just got them as an add on from another pair of skis but I don't have a use for them. I think they are only for the 22 Designs hole pattern for Axl and HH.

Look at the photo on the website. In the first HH plate, there are 4 holes with room for screw heads that match the 4-hole standard. Then there are the myriad other threaded holes for the HH. The HH uses a wider mount pattern. So no, you can't stick 4-hole bindings on these plates. You can use those plates to mount the plate into the 4-holes, though. And then there is the second version, where there is no 4-hole pattern at all. Seller doesn't specify which plate version this is, but regardless, if it's for HH, you can't stick a 4-hole binding on it.

These would be money for playing around with HHs on some funky new skis. Too bad I have the plates I need already.
