Re-using an old thread and just changed the name...please look at the last pages for the best info...thanks! Smile

The Tele-Fest/Rande'-Fest 2010 Hoodoo, Oregon Jan. 9th-10th.

Well it's that time of year again to start making plans for the season. Where to go and what to do...well this is one to put on the calendar!

Everything you could ever want out of a Telemark Festival and Randonee/A.T. Festival all packed into one huge event. Demo's, Lesson's, Races, Big Air Contest and last year we gave away almost $10,000 in prizes thanks to all our sponsors.

Pro skiers from Powderwhore, Telemark Skier Magazine, Ultimate Grooves's and so many more will be part of the event this year. It's going to be EPIC!!!

Huge bonus was that we raised almost $1000 for the local adaptive ski program.

More info coming soon so mark those calendars!!!

How campable is Hoodoo's lot? I would be looking to come in town from Portland for an extended weekend. Sounds like a blast to meet n greet n tele. Any chance on a ticket for helpful volunteers? Wink

Yes, plenty of parking at Ray Benson Sno Park and we always need Volunteer help which could very well lead the way to a free pass for the day(Sat. only for the free pass since Sunday is mostly just about making turns Cool ). If you need hook-ups or anything then Hoodoo does have RV parking which cost a few bucks but it gives you powder and modern cable T.V. Wink . Feel free to drop me an email if you have questions since my messages always get capped here...

Cheers!!! Jarl

P.S. Had a great meeting tonight with friends and all the planning is really coming along and bonus is their goal for me is actually skiing the day of the event...not sure what that would feel like but willing to give it a try Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

has been updated and will have another up-date with all the registration forms and everything. Less than a month away so lots of planning going on but everything seems like it's on course so far. Take care all. Jarl
