<> March 2-7 Cottonwood Canyons, Salt Lake City UT
Recent storms have dumped several feet of snow. As a result, the avalanche danger has significantly mellowed out while skiing/riding conditions have drastically improved! More snow storms are forecast next week. Pre-requisites: advanced downhill skiing, very good fitness, previous backcountry experience. Comments: It is possible to join in for only part of this trip.

<> March 28- April 4 "Forbidden Ski Tour" N Cascades, WA
An American classic, this epic ski mountaineering trip travels through the rugged peaks and glaciers of the remote North Cascades mountains. Fully self supported, we explore the terrain in search of stunning views and great ski runs for 6 fantastic days. Pre-requisites: advanced downhill skiing, excellent fitness, previous backcountry and winter camping experience.

<> April 12- May 3 European Alps
The Euro Alps are a big winner with this year's exceptional snow conditions! And hey: the Euro/Swiss Franc is about 20% lower than it has been in a long time and airfares are offering seats at very low prices (promotions are soon to end)! Whether the classic Chamonix to Zermatt, the fabled Bernese Oberland, the majestic Engadin or the hardcore Bernina, the Euro Alps offer a ski touring/mountaineering trip of a lifetime. Pre-requisites: intermediate to advanced downhill skiing, good to excellent fitness, previous backcountry experience. Comments: Custom designed, dates are flexible within this time frame.

<> Wild Snow - your dreams come true
Ski Mt Rainier (Shurman Glacier, Fuhrer Finger, Liberty Ridge); May
Ski Mount Baker, Mount Shuksan; May
Ski Mount Elbrus, Mont Blanc; June

Also check out these ski trips to Canada (Pre-requisites: solid intermediate downhill skiing, strong fitness, previous backcountry experience):
<> Ski Touring Week at Sorcerer Lodge Mar 21 - 28, 2009 one of the greatest backcountry touring destinations that I have ever seen!
<> Wapta Ski Traverse March 15-20, April 12-17 and April 26-May 1, 2009 – THE hut to hut traverse in North America along the glaciated divide of the Canadian Rockies using a network of 4 well equipped alpine huts.
