For those who have been paying attention, yes, the thread title is wrong. There are no Limbaugh Republicans. Limbaugh has quit the Republican Party and has thrown them all under the bus...especially McCain...whom he backs up and runs over, over & over, as he feels necessary....which is quite often.
Limbaugh is the self-appointed, self-annoited, self-sanctified grand holy puba most wise of the Conservative Movement. As such, he is also the champion of Sarah Palin, the political maverick most likely to deliver us from evil and return us to our true course through history as guided by the shinning star of American Exceptionalism.
Conservatism was not defeated in the election. Errant big tent, centrist, moderate, appeasing, apostates were defeated. The vast majorty of American people favor conservatism, but Republican political leaders are too chicken shit to provide it. Because of this, Limbaugh has now assigned himself the role of conservative generalissimo and has begun conducting operations designed regain control of government and place it in the hands of true, small tent, straight way - narrow gate, litmus test passing political leaders who will once and for all defeat & destroy anti-American liberalism, liberals, and most certainly the lefty liberal drive-by mass media who have conspired with power hunger lefty pols to destroy America. |

The big dufus and his minions will probably go nuts tomorrow since President Obama had the foresight to sit for an interview today with Al-Arabiya. Of course RL won't call it that and blabber on about how wrong it is to speak to a quarter plus of the world's population. Al-Qaeda is going to have a fit about Obama out flanking their propaganda for winning the minds of moderate Arab world. The interview will be broadcast tonight at 11 EST. Bill O'Reilly will probably sputter something incomprehensible about it as well.
