I am one of those neanderthals when it comes to all things computers.
so between the two methods listed above... MEsh original and the other one (cannot remember who did it) what is the easiest to use?
and where can I store my photos on the Net for free so I can then upload them to hear?
or is that what telephotos is about?
boy i hate being out in the dark some times.

Basicly I decribed how to upload the pics to Tele Photos (free ) and then how to post 'em here. Sadly Tele Photo's isn't the easiest to use, but workable.
Other options would be Photobucket and Biglines... Of which I'll the PARTS 2 and PARTS 3, when I have the time.
Oh, and you're uploading the photos to the photosite (eg. Tele Photos) and then HOTLINKING the address of the photo to this forum (so you're actually not uploading the photo here, you just posting an address for web browsers to look for the photo).
And if you're posting telemark-related stuff (or not), but not a bunch of them... Use the Tele Photo (ie. what I described earlier on this thread), it's not that difficult once you do it one time... _________________ Mr. A. Mesh, the celebrated skier |

I use flickr, but webshots, photobucket, and some others I'm not remembering right now also work fine and are quite popular. _________________ mediocre kneedropper |

Well, I'm sure you can post hiking and paddling photos at Tele Photos as well
You're on a PC, right?
For thos family albums there are a few good options, like the Photobucket, Flickr (Yahoo service) and even Blogger. Best of all, every single one of them (Photobucket, Flickr and Blogger) have a handy upload-program (which ya can install on your comp). Email me and I'll explain more...

Actually, I take that back. I can drink. And drinking is fun. But I can't do that at work. _________________ mediocre kneedropper |

I would guess the easiest way would be to PM Mitch...
Alas, I haven't found a delete option (biglines doesn't have one either). |

Click on the pic you want to change to description (or reload a new picture) and then click on "Edit Photo" from Admin Options near the bottom of the page... |

okay, I still don't understand. Can you explain the middle part, however please at the end and work you way to the beginning.
Also, exactly where do I start sawing, and can I use a Ginsu, instead?

Ok
So where is the upload button.
Or am I missing something. All I see is Home · Search · Profile · Logout
Any help would be nice. |

Don't know what the glitch is... Atleast I have the Upload between Profile and Logout...
But I do remember someone else having the same problem earlier. |
