Any framers/sheet-rockers out there?

I have a 2 bedroom duplex in Breckenridge - only a mile from the lifts and the free bus, stops a block from our house.

We have an unfinished attic that we just got done insulating. We need to have a closet framed and the walls sheet-rocked. If someone would like a free place to come up to for the weekends from the front range in exchange for purchasing the materials and finishing it - let me know.
