Hello all,

Well, here is the low down... studying medicine these days has left me with very little time to do much of anything else. I am considering a new set of fatties - but want them for very particular conditions. Last year I was able to get on a set of the big Reverends in Alta. The problem, I was in Utah for a week and didn't see one single snow flake from the sky. Not much of a demo for this particular ski.

Truth is I am looking for a fat board to suffice two conditions.

1) Something fat for the dumps notorious at Jay Peak/Wolf Creek, yet able to rip quickly through the tightest of tree lines.

2) I plan on using this as my sole B.C. ski as well, particularly once we move out West (near future).

Currently, I am on a set of Big Bangs (190's, a bit long for tight trees) - which by most measures are great sticks.

At 230 lbs. (very athletic) I need a ski that won't go runnin' to momma when you beat on it though.

Problem with all of this ... as stated earlier - not much available in terms of time to get out and demo, so I am asking the Telemarktips community to be my demo crew and insight!

Thanx to all,

-Al-
