Hello All!
I just bought some 7tm's and one binding seems to be "looser" than the other.....They are both set at the same number. What I was wondering, is there a preload or tension spring that I can adjust to make them both even? If so how do I do this?
Thanks!!

My guess would be that your boots are not sitting the same distance forward in the toe box.

I have the 7tm tour, but I think that the heel pieces are the same.

There is a pin which the preload adjustment knob needs to be in front of, however it sometimes 'pops' out. This occured several times before I was careful about taking them off as I describe below and one pair I looked at in the store was in the box that way. If this is the problem simply pop the pin out of its place with a small allen wrench or something, push knob in until you can reset the pin in front of the lip of the knob. To avoid this problem only flip you heel lever down when entire foot is on the ski. If your heel is lifted off of the ski and you try to unstrap you can exert enough force to pop the adjustment knob out again.

Not sure this is you problem but something to look at.
