when you subscribe to InfoEx is there an obligation to report your own observations and how do you report it?
I am thinking that the smaller lodge operations with only a radio link might find it difficult to report their information.

I have mixed feelings about ACMG guides, it is a pretty rigorous exercise to be certified, some people never make it. But it seems like once certified there is no further oversight.

There is always the CSGA

Yes- absolutely, that is the beauty of the system- the sharing of information to optimize safety. It is provided by email every day.

Smaller operations might be able to organize someone in an in-town office to monitor the data, and report it via radio.

On the other hand, nowadays, most (all?) operations have satellite phones and can get modems that would allow transmission of data.
