I'm not sure which of these options I find the more disturbing, and which the more ... titillating. Dad.

Now that I got your attention...

Seems close but the first weekend in June.

I'm pretty sure I am in for any of these, but want to point out that Colorado high country has been skiing great of late. Still, if June 2-3 can be the weekend we call it, I'm in.

I would likely go May 19-20 too if anyone is in then.

BTW, did you guys up there get any of the snow we got down here over the last day or so? The area around TSV got prolly half a foot above 10,500.

Snowed hard off and on here and some front range areas. Probably enough to at least smooth out the sun cups and runnels. I don't know about the Sawatch around Independence Pass.

Cant wait to rip the cafe racer. Not sure the snow will hold up, but hey, we can have some serious grilling.

Dunno how much ripping a basically unmodified 40 year old R75/5 is capable of - gotta do an oil change and see if there's anything I can do for the timing at altitude. But hey - she's really smooth and fun in the twisties. Cool

Saw a few recent pics of Ipass and hope still good jun 03. I see weather guesser predicting more hot weather. Pic of Twinning showed snow on slope but not 100% covered. Looking toward Mtnboy It looked good.
Will try to make it jun 03 weekend but will probably check it out for a day this weekend.
