Sgt. Gary Stein decided to start a movement. Now he finds himself a private behind a desk with no computer and soon to be headed for the door. What was he thinking?
Ironic that the haters movement he started are being supported by the American Civil Libertys Union. HaHaHa. I hope they loose their ass at this one, and the guy gets the big shiny boot in the ass from Uncle Sam!

"For many people, it may seem odd that the ACLU has come to the defense of Rush Limbaugh," ACLU of Florida Executive Director Howard Simon said in a released statement.
"But we have always said that the ACLU's real client is the Bill of Rights, and we will continue to safeguard the values of equality, fairness and privacy for everyone, regardless of race, economic status or political point of view," Simon said.
The ACLU contends that state law enforcement officers violated Limbaugh's privacy rights by taking possession of his medical records as part of their criminal investigation into the commentator's alleged "doctor-shopping" to feed his prescription-drug addiction.

The Marine Corps has said that it decided to take administrative action after Stein declared on Facebook that he would not follow unlawful orders from Obama.
I believe he has every right to oppose Obama, and say stupid shit that will get him discharged.

So from your initial ASSumption I would assume you did not get you degree in LOGIC, or include any study or perception of logic from such.
As far as the "Mission Statement" is concerned Pvt. Stein should have his Priorities checked.
Primarialy these:
Quote:
§ 502. Enlistment oath: who may administer
(a) Enlistment Oath.— Each person enlisting in an armed force shall take the following oath:
"I, XXXXXXXXXX, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God."
And just for being stupid this is his fate:
Quote:
934. ART. 134. GENERAL ARTICLE
Though not specifically mentioned in this chapter, all disorders and neglects to the prejudice of good order and discipline in the armed forces, all conduct of a nature to bring discredit upon the armed forces, and crimes and offenses not capital, of which persons subject to this chapter may be guilty, shall be taken cognizance of by a general, special or summary court-martial, according to the nature and degree of the offense, and shall be punished at the discretion of that court.

I'm pretty sure this forum exists for people to drop by and lob unsubstantiated claims of hypocrisy at whomever they feel like. Why bother to try and evaluate whether it's true? Better to be smug and just assume.
If this guy was a Liberal during the Bush Presidency you'd be writing songs about him.
No kidding. It is almost like this place exists to help all the liberals confirm their beliefs with one another.
Meh. Commenting about that is so five years ago.

Allow me to translate because after years of misspent time down here, I've become fluent in Slobber-speak:
"YOU'RE WRONG!!! WE'RE NOT THE HYPOCRITES! YOU ARE! HYPOCRITE!! GOD DAMN, I'M SO FUCKIN' LIBERAL AND SO FUCKIN' ANGRY!!! I WENT TO DARTMOUTH YOU FUCKIN' CONSERVATARD! FUCK!!!"

The guy's entitled to say or rabble rouse for whatever cause he want's, after he leaves the military. You agree to give up a lot of rights when you join the military. Pretty simple. _________________ Creeds and doctrines are like a raft to get you to the other shore and then to relinquish. Neither cling to the raft or reject it when drowning.
