Please, take it easy on Willard.

He's been all butthurt ever since Laura put up the picture he sent her after she goaded him in to doing so as a result of a little bit of tussle he was attempting to have with me. I, like others, do not believe it to actually be him...though we may differ in our reasons for coming to that conclusion.

I also do not mean to imply anything negative or demeaning about the physical stature...or lack thereof...of the young man in the picture, who ever it is. Beyond choices for health & fitness, our physical stature is not in our control. As I noted somewhere, it's the fact that the person who chose to present this as a picture of himself also spent a considerable amount of time ridiculing the the physical stature of a person who used to post here. Did so to the extent of digging up and posting a picture of that person and others which the other person did not consent to nor did any of the others in the picture, all of whom never posted here.

Additionally, who ever the young man in the picture is, I'd like to compliment his mother for the faith she showed in picking out that suit for him. In all the universe, there is no finer example of the wonders of God's creations than that of a mother's love. Obviously, the mother in this instance had the faith in her son that one day puberty would kick in, testosterone would work it's magic, and this young man would eventually grow into the suit. I commend her for that and for giving her son the confidence to wear it with pride and confidence. Thanks mom, who ever you are.

While I'd prefer that this be my only response in this direction. I suppose a follow up or two is inevitable. Beyond that, the topic and the person just are not worth the effort and certainly not of interest. ymmv.

FHW did not post as FHW again for over two years....for whatever reason.

If you are going to play with willard, I'm sure he'd want you to know this about the ground rules:

Quote:
Spare me Mitch. John may be a good guy in real life but in here he's a complete douchebag. Don't get me wrong, that's fine by me because, as I have stated many times before, I don't look at this place as being the same thing as a real, three dimensional place and I don't see the "people" in here as real. As much as John may be uncomfortable admitting it, he appears to view it the same way. In other words, those people he actually knows he will treat with respect but those he doesn't - watch out! (The difference between John and I is that I have never met anyone in here and I don't intend to because it would wreck it for me; it's a video game to me and one I like to play from time to time. Like all such pastimes, it occasionally gets boring and stale and I put it down for a while only to pick it up later when the urge arises.) The problem is that there are others who don't make that distinction - everyone's "real" - and they end up getting very upset sometimes (and I would too, I guess, if I shared that distorted view).

Just a random thought. BTW, I can't say that the above is a 100% accurate description of how I take all this stuff. I occasionally read stuff that makes me feel "something" for someone in here that is akin to a real emotion for or about a "real" person. Those occasions are generally limited to a discussion about somebody losing a dog (I love dogs) or about somebody who doesn't post here much, if at all, and therefore isn't a part of the "game milieu". The rest of you are just "characters". Nothing personal but it's just how I see it.

That's it.

As usual, I'll continue with my usual postings as I see fit and as it suits me and my interests....just as I expect everyone to do.

Laughing Laughing

Great stuff Truther!

Census worker: "I was wrong". Hahah! No fuckin' shit! Months of delusional, politically motivated speculation all swept away with three little words: "I was wrong". Laughing Did you stop and think - for even a second - how it is that you get swept up in that kind of hysteria? Did that incident prompt even the slightest bit of self-assessment? Didn't seem to; you were right back at it after Phoenix.

I'm not sure what you're saying about that picture but your continuing fascination with it is a psychological case study in and of itself. I love it! Now I learn that you think I sent Laura that picture? Laughing Laughing How did you come up with that? Your twisted little conspiratorial mind never fails to entertain me.

Now, you've addressed the census worker spew - that's a start. Let's talk about the Phoenix shooting and, of course, the Grand Daddy of 'em all, your days of flirtation wiith the Truther Movement. You're just two painful and slightly emasculating mea culpas away from redemption.

Behold Truther: A pathetic, retired high school guidance counselor feebly slumped in front of his computer 10 hours a day chasing down the latest bit of left-wing nonsense. Are you writing a manifesto up there in your hilltop keep? Nobody's gonna read it Truther. Nobody cares about you. Laughing Laughing

Laughing I don't think I've ever sent Truther a PM. That might really set him off. Good idea.

I really miss these exchanges.

Life was simple, Chimp was in the WH and we were still headed for the cliff instead of sailing.

Ah well, fun while it lasted.

It's a special kind of sad when you have to respond to your own thread . . .

. . . to get the post count to 2.

No it's not Stevey! Laughing I love it when those Truther call out threads get all sorts of views but no responses. I think a lot of people just don't know what to say. They don't like me but they know Truther is really odd and that I've basically got the guy nailed to a T. I'm kind of embarrassed that I've wasted so much time in here over the years that I've got this anonymous internet freak so completely figured out. But hey, everybody needs a hobby! Laughing Laughing
