In Alaska anyone over 21 can legally possess a concealed firearm, no permit required.

I think we should wait for more information before making medical diagnosis from grainy security camera footage. The camera also can't show his internal emotional state and fear for his life which he experienced during the brutal attack on his life. There very well be a perfectly good explanation for the video footage appearing as it does.

Why is it so important to you and Booohb and Hutguy that this guy be found to be some racist, reckless cowboy? Why is it so important to the Fox crowd that the dead dude be found to be the aggressor? These stories don't always follow some convenient political narrative. Haven't you learned anything Truther? "I was wrong" Laughing Laughing

Maybe he's guilty/maybe he's not but why do you feel compelled to get out in front of this thing? If your view of the world is as unassailable as you seem to think it is, it's not gonna rise or fall based on the outcome of this particular incident. Or maybe you're not quite as confident about these things as you pretend to be.

About what? Unlike you, I don't have any ideological skin in this game. I do find the rush to judgment sort of distasteful and ironic though.

Speaking of irony, Spike Lee apparently re-tweeted the wrong address for Zimmerman causing an elderly couple to be harassed. WTF is that? People pissed off over vigilante justice seeking exactly the same thing in return? Doesn't even make any sense. People have to calm the fuck down.
