Kudos to Bryce Wheeler, inventor and producer of the Telebry Safeout Release System. I had bought a couple systems from Bryce previously. I recently bought a second-hand Telebry release system to add to the quiver. While being mounted, a few component condition problems were revealed. I contacted Bryce and he really went out of his way to make sure I had a useable system. Pretty good considering I was not the original buyer. No warranty coverage applied. He put thought, time and effort into providing the parts I needed, and quickly, while keeping costs reasonable. Bryce provided great support of his product line and personal consideration to a fellow skier. Here's to a real Telemark original. Thanks Bryce

I'll put in another plug for Bryce. Earlier this season, one of my 2-yr old Telebry plates came off mid-run and would not stay on the ski. I contacted Bryce, shipped the plates to him for refurbishment at no charge, and was skiing on them within about a week.

Excellent customer service by any standard. I really appreciate the innovation and dedication he has provided to the tele community. Thanks, Bryce.
