For your amusement...found this from a couple of years ago. Somehow, in MY mind, I pictured it as waaay epic...I'm pretty sure I actually hit a major feature at about 30 miles an hour and got 20 feet of air!...then the video came out.

Easier on knees to ski in
walk mode when you are wanting to lay back.
You appear to be layin back to keep up tips and/or brake/slow ? Though that soft snow does not
look all that deep. Often easier to ski trees
if you ditch the wedging.

| Yeah, the link seems to cycle through all my videos. Welcome to Wooley's World. Check out Emma's 1st XC ski with Bear the Ski Dog. Well, the wife left for a 5 day girl vacation this a.m. I can, 1) Paint the kitchen ceiling. 2) Do the laundry. 3) Start my taxes or 4) Go play golf. Hmmm. Bye Bye!! |

Love the Emma vids. So awesome!
I tried to get some video this weekend but the iPhone died by the time we got around to it. I have some old ones from last season that I posted before that I might post later.
Anyways, here's Ellery Bowl from last June w/ proper pole dragging technique.

Back from golf. Went par, par, par to finish the 1st 9. Now I'll take a nap and play the back after 5pm. . Life is good. Here she is 2 mos. later at 2 years 2 mos. Too cool. Just got word she was given the OK to do the black diamond runs as a 3 y.o. Not sure whether to be proud or scared.

Oh, and a picture of her first black diamond run. Dressed for the occasion and bringing her favorite monkey pal along for the ride.
