Ha! I was there that day (and week) with the Lake Placid gang. Mammoth rocks. The lift rides were brutal Tuesday through Thursday. Don't let anybody tell ya' west coast skiers don't know cold. Thursday's ride on the Gold Rush was freakin' Whiteface cold. And comin' up over the top of that last rise on 22 was just stupid - all I could do was laugh. But once off the lifts - wow. And I skied hard and took chances too - 'cus I was wearin' a helmet and that's how I roll. Laughing

This is slipping too close to the bottom of the page. Nice ski vid!

Would love to watch it, but is there any way to embed this on YouTube? 5 different download options are nice Mitch, but it's not so easy when you're accessing this site on your phone.... Crying or Very sad

I like this vid. From gwen I get inspiration to ski strong, from tim it's to keep moving down the fall line, not across.

This was really fun to watch. Good skiing all around on wind-affected snow, not always the easiest.

Good to see Big Tim on the bigscreen once again!

Sure would like to have seen some footage of extreme-fhw and his helmet though. Laughing

You're there, they're there. Fresh snow. Dude, why didn't you show your stuff? I mean come on, if a girl can do it.... Laughing

Are you suggesting I should post pictures of me and my friends skiing? Why?

No, I'm suggesting that I would like to have seen you and your helmet in this latest video, along with Gwen, et al.

Why? Well, you've got kind of a big mouth on this forum, like you are better than everybody, so yeah, I'd like to see you ski. And you were there at Mammoth for a week while they were shooting vid. Why didn't you show your stuff?

Skiing in front of a camera for a large audience is a humbling experience. It's not for everyone. Laughing

Nice to see BT, Gwen and the token alpiner Wink once again.

No, you just act like you are better, period, and I think the truth probably is that you suck pretty bad at what really counts here.

There are a few loud mouth's on this forum I'd like to see put up or shut up, and you are on the shortest list, right next to carl. This is after all a ski forum, who really gives a shit who can type out the best obnoxiously douchey barbs? I'll bet there are a lot of us who wanna know who among us can really ski, and and the burden of proof should be upon those with the biggest, most douchey big mouths.

As long as he's not a tokin' alpiner. This is a family site. Laughing

Good vid, nice treat for a Friday morning.
